A Bit of Asshole

It was burning hot today. Winnie went out early to UQ for her IELTS and i woke up at 7 to bake brownies. Packed my things into boxes and my luggage bag. Did some last minute washing up, showered and off i went, to the city. I was wearing shorts, a tank top, a vest and flats. knowing that it would be boiling hot today, i purposely wore a tank top made of lighter cotton material so it wouldn't be that hot. I was still sweating buckets.

I went to the city to buy some last minute stuffs like Krispy Kreme Donuts, Nougats, a pad lock for my luggage bag, change money for Andy's collection, buy Mandy clips and ask about Ying's phone.

Got some cash outta the ATM machine and went to the teller to get different dollar notes.

I went to buy the donuts first, which was stupid cos they melted ): and i bought 2 dozen! Sadness much! Then I went over to Eagle Street Pier hoping that the weekend markets are open but alas, it wasnt, so i had to walk all the way back under the scorching sun. I went over to ask about Ying's phone.

I had a credit check done over in Vodafone a few days back, gave some wrong information and my credit check was declined. So i went over again on Thursday and told another chick that i gave her the wrong information. She told me she cant do another credit check and that she has to reassess it instead. So okay lor! She'll give me a call by Friday. On Friday, no word from her. Went and ask today, another guy did if for me, and he just changed my info and did another credit run. However, it still didnt go through. Crazy woman, said have to reassess but the fella today just did another credit run nia. Piffs.

Got onto a train and off i went to the Fortitude Valley with 2 dozen of donuts to get Nougats. The market over at the Valley was open, so did some browsing and saw nothing interesting so went back to the city. Checked the time and saw that I have 15mins before the bus comes, so i went over to Big W, to cool myself down. When it was time, I went over to the bus stop. The fricking bus driver slammed the door in my face and waved to me! WTF! Crazy woman! Not only that, SHE BLOODY HELL DROVE OFF!

Had to wait 30mins before the next bus home comes. So went to buy the padlock for my bag over at Strandbags. I did thought of going over to Starbucks to get a drink and cool down but the place was packed. No seats at all and the queue was extremely long. One brilliant idea shot down. In the end, I just sat at the bench to wait for the bus. So that I wont have another bus driver slamming the door in my face, waving at me and driving off.

When i got home, i checked my precious donuts and they were all melty ): Left them in the Fridge to firm up. Hopefully it'll be okay by tomorrow. Sealed my boxes at home and off i went again to the City to meet up with Winnie and her friends for dinner. Met outside Krispy Kreme and spent the next 1hour and 30minutes walking up and down Southbank. First to look for a BBQ pit, then for a place that offers steaks, then for a fish and chips place, wrong way, then found the Italian restaurant. Made two new friends, a Korean and a Japanese. They were funny. Had loads of fun.

By the end of the day, I was all sweaty and yucky! A nice cold shower was what I needed the most (: Need to do some last minute checks now.
